Client A was referred through her friend who was also a client. Her symptoms presented as;
- All over body pain
- Displaying an inability to vacuum and clean the house properly, due to pain and not being able to bend or be organised at home
- Home was like “a campsite” after moving back in but not actually unpacking boxes or getting organised
- Difficulty climbing stairs
- Taking anti-anxiety medication that caused frequent urination, 6-8 times per night
- Sciatica pain
- Inability to work due to depression and anxiety from a trauma 15 years prior when her husband left her, taking her children and emptying her bank account with no notice
- Living in survival mode
- Little to no job prospects, hobbies or creativity due to a lack of monetary means
- She was shut down, in pain, depressed, anxious, unable to work and barely surviving
FIRST KINESIOLOGY SESSION
We did a Rage balance and a time regression to age 43, which was the time her ex husband began planning to leave without notice. She said she may have subconsciously known this was happening. Anger about her ex-husband white-anting/manipulating, as other people knew. A lot of repressed anger surfaced and then dissolved, which made her more open and calm.
We talked about avenues to express her grief in order to release it and become “more mobile”. (she was gripped with grief that was stuck). Her belief system suggested that no one wanted to talk to her about her problems. We challenged this by removing stress and by discussing avenues such as groups that provided a good forum for this type of expression of grief.
The final balance was lung chakra– yang over energy which signifies an inability to express grief, or maintain social bonds. It made sense to her, as her friendships had dwindled because she had not been “herself” for so long.
After this balance she reported feeling lighter and more positive, walked more and set in motion some steps for better home organisation (ikea, sorting the useful and removing the rest) She said the balance had a wonderful effect.
SECOND KINESIOLOGY SESSION
The goal was courage and motivation to achieve her goals, like getting a part time job and actually following through. We put a goal in the circuit, “I am able to have courage, confidence, persistence and follow through to achieve my goals. It was a solar plexus chakra balance, which is all about boundaries and personal power.
She displayed yin under energy which meant that she didn’t “feel respected, trusted” and instead felt “humiliated, the doormat”. We had another goal, “I am able to have good self esteem.” Issues regarding fear and feeling sluggish presented. Post balance she felt peaceful and commented that she would get her resume in order and obtain assistance from Centrelink to type up a cover letter.
Followed up before next balance and it seemed she really took charge. “Lots of things happening” were her words. She saw a Pain management clinic and was learning about how to manage the pain, leading to greater mobility in the present. She began seeing a psychologist and exercising more, consulting a dietitian, learning about sugar and inflammation. She began taking really positive steps to get her life in order. She reported that she was now reducing anti-anxiety medication and was talking about stopping altogether.
After this balance: she was surprised and pleased that she wasn’t aching everywhere. She went to Ikea for many hours without pain or fatigue and after returning home, “was fine”. She had been completing tasks that she had previously been avoiding. She exhibited a new sense of zest and motivation to get things done and was completing tasks with a calm approach.
THIRD KINESIOLOGY SESSION
This visit, her skin and eyes were noticeably brighter, the house almost in order and much closer to getting a job. Issue – thirst, frequent urination, tiredness. Goal “I am able to function free from pain”. Issues such as being “motivated” came up. She wanted the courage to deal with issues, such as procrastinating with the utility company. We did a toxin removal pathway balance. She felt very tired but calm after the balance. The frequency of urination lessened to 2 times during the night instead of 6-8. The thirst issue from the medication eased and the sciatica had subsided. She reported feeling “so feeling much better”, thanking me and being “very pleased!”
More and more she began increasingly seeing and acting on where she needed to go, in order to move forward. One of the good decisions was stopping the medications, which were no longer relevant. She started feeling her brain start to function again, as well as her creative essence returning.
