The way people feel after a Kinesiology session varies greatly. My clients have reported that after their session they:
- Feel lighter and more relaxed
- Sleep soundly and wake up feeling refreshed
- Experience reduced levels of pain
- Feel less triggered
- Feel balanced for the first time in years
- Feel sleepy because they feel ‘out of sorts’ but after a few days feel like a better version of themselves
Experiencing low mood or energy after treatment
It’s important to note that feeling ‘a bit out of sorts’’ after a Kinesiology session is a normal reaction for some people, particularly when moving deep-seated, stagnant energies and programs that have been there since utero, especially when working with reflexes and the brain.
This can result in experiencing old emotions that may have been suppressed for a long time or feeling low energy, as your body realigns itself. The practice of Kinesiology is not only physical and emotional healing, but energetic healing too, as it is like re-programming old systems and patterns. Therefore, it’s only natural that some time is required, in order for your entire system to stabilise.
If you feel a bit out of sorts for the days following a balance, it is recommended to drink plenty of water and more importantly, rest. Allow your body the necessary time to process the balance. Occasionally it is recommended to have a follow-up session to balance out any uncomfortable symptoms.
